Have You Heard About Cars That Run On Air, Soon Available For Purchase?  -  10-11-11

Zero Pollution Motors (ZPM) confirmed to PopularMechanics.com that it expects to produce the world's first air-powered car for the United States by late 2009 or early 2010. As the U.S. licensee for Luxembourg-based MDI, which developed the Air Car as a compression-based alternative to the internal combustion engine, ZPM has attained rights to build the first of several modular plants, which are likely to begin manufacturing in the Northeast and grow for regional production around the country, at a clip of up to 10,000 Air Cars per year.

COMMENTS:  Have you heard about the air car yet? It is already 2011. Is anyone trying to block its availability in the U.S.? The air car referred to the Popular Mechanics article was to have a price under $20,000.  There are quite a few companies developing this type of product and the word needs to be spread. Do check the internet for more information and I also shall report more about the air car in the future.

The air car is a marvelous development. An air car would help us get freed from so much dependence on foreign oil. Also, the air car is a very, very green product. One report I read said that the air that comes out of the air car is cleaner than when it entered the motor.

Another great side benefit is the money you could save on gasoline. I am certain you could easily think of things to do with the extra money such as pay on your mortgage, save up for college, take a vacation. The possibilities are endless.

So please do spread the word about the air car!

We Were Told Job Growth Was Down in September. Not True -- 10/10/2011

NPR reported that employment was better than first thought. The Labor Department said that in September, employers added 103,000 jobs. In the construction industry, after a long slump, 26,000 jobs were added.

Business owners and executives are continuing to see encouraging signs. Although the recovery pace is slower than people would like, business people are starting to realize that the recover is happening.

COMMENTS:  If you are considering buying a home and have a job, now is an excellent time to do so. In many areas of Southern California homes are currently on the market for one-half to two-thirds of what they sold for several years ago. So, do you want to take advantage of this very rewarding opportunity?

Mortgage Rates Hit Record Low -- 10/6/2011

The mortgage rates hit a record low on October 6, 2011 according to an article in the Associated Press. Freddie Mac said the rate was 3.94% for a 30-year fixed mortgage This is the first time in history that the rate has been below 4%.

The rate for a 15-year fixed mortgage also hit a record low of 3.26%.

This provides a rare opportunity to lock in a monthly mortgage rate that can save you thousands of dollars than the rates of several years ago. This is quite different from the times when mortgage rates could be 8%, 9%, 10% or more.

Potential home buyers need to seriously consider if this is the right time to buy a home.
